One-on-one Sessions
At Fit Monkeys, we're firm believers in tailoring fitness to the individual, which is why our focus centers on providing personalized one-on-one sessions designed specifically for your body. This dedication to personalized attention, both in the creation of your workout program and during your session, enables us to develop routines that cater to your body, goals, and preferences. Additionally, we use a variety of modalities to help you reach your goals and keep your workouts fun. Our modalities include Pilates, weight training, cardio, and more, offering a wide range of possibilities for workout customization and modification. All sessions are 55 minutes.
In-Studio Sessions
We offer in-studio sessions in a clean, intimate environment, ensuring personalized attention with no more than two trainers, Denise and Kelly, working at any time. All equipment is cleaned after every use and the studio is deep cleaned multiple times a week. This setup guarantees a comfortable and hygienic space for focused, quality training.
Virtual Sessions
Kelly offers one-on-one virtual sessions for individuals needing more flexibility in where they work out. Whether you travel frequently, prefer staying at home, or live in a different state, these virtual sessions help you maintain your workout routine. Additionally, Kelly provides clients with recommendations for various home and travel studio/gym setups, from simple to more elaborate.

Single Sessions

For individuals who want to fit in a workout at Fit Monkeys with their current routine, want to try out our training, or aren't able to commit to a 4-week program, our single session purchase option is ideal. It offers the flexibility to experience a session without a long-term commitment.
4-Week Training Block
$85-$90 per session
Our 4-week training block packages are ideal for individuals who can commit to a consistent schedule and complete their sessions within the 4-week timeframe. The most common options include 1 session per week for 4 weeks (4 total sessions at $90 per session, $360 for the package) and 2 sessions per week (8 total sessions at $85 per session, $680 for the package). For those seeking more intensive training, packages of 12+ sessions are also available.
