24 Hour Cancellation Policy
At Fit Monkeys, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. To accommodate everyone fairly, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, the session will be charged in full. This policy helps us respect the time of both our clients and trainers, ensuring that we can offer the best experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Exceptions
Illness, if you are sick we want you to get better and we don't want to spread illness in the studio so kindly stay home and you will not be charged.
Payment
At Fit Monkeys, we aim to make the payment process simple and straightforward. We currently accept payments via cash, check, and Zelle for your convenience. Please note that we do not accept credit cards.
Dress Code
At Fit Monkeys, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment is a top priority. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask that all clients follow our dress code guidelines:
Footwear
Outside shoes are not permitted inside the studio to ensure cleanliness. We require clients to wear sticky socks during sessions. If shoes are needed for your workout, please bring clean indoor shoes that are designated solely for studio use.
Clothing
Please wear comfortable athletic wear that allows you to move freely and perform exercises with ease. Your outfit should provide support and flexibility for the activities we’ll be doing together.
Required Gear
To ensure a comfortable and hygienic experience, we kindly ask all clients to bring the following items to their sessions:
1 to 2 yoga mats or large beach towels to cover the mats we’ll be working on.
A sweat towel for personal use during the session.
Water to stay hydrated throughout your workout.
Sessions
At Fit Monkeys, each session lasts 55 minutes and begins at the scheduled time. We value both your time and the time of our other clients, so it’s important that we start promptly to ensure you get the most out of your session.To keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes early to prepare for your workout. Please do not arrive earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled time, as this allows us to respect the privacy of the client before you. If you do arrive more than 10 minutes early, we kindly request that you refrain from using your phone for calls in the studio. If you need to take a call please do so outside.

Cell Phone Policy
To ensure a focused and uninterrupted environment for both you and other clients, we kindly ask that all cell phones be silenced before your session begins. This helps maintain a peaceful atmosphere and allows everyone to make the most of their time in the studio.If you're expecting an important call, please feel free to keep your phone close by, but we ask that you set the volume to a low or vibrate setting to avoid disrupting the session.
